Since all handcrafted and personalized necklaces are uniquely designed to an individual's specifications, these pieces normally cannot be sold to other clients if returned. It is therefore imperative that you get to ensure that all details contained in your order are correct before being scheduled for shipping. Make sure that the spellings for names that need to be engraved are correct as well as the color,dimensions and any other details regarding your order. To get the best quality, please send us the high quality images.
- Please be aware that we can not refund for personalized items unless it's defective, wrong item, or lost on the way.We will ship another one free of cost within 99 days.
- The customer is responsible of contacting us within 7 days of delivery regarding any issues with their orders such as the item being defective, broken or wrong item.
- you couldn’t cancel or change your purchase once we ship out your order.
- Please note that we are not responsible for logistic slow / ship time delay . Refund will not expectable for this reason.
- Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.
- Once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel or change your purchase, it is free within 12 hours. Please note that on all canceled or changed orders(after 12 hours) of personalized items there is a 30% restocking fee.

Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.
We do not accept returns nor make refunds. Please, do not send items back without contacting us first because we may only work on exchanges.
